Florida Angel Investors aims to create networks and funds to assist early stage venture capital formation in the State of Florida.

Florida Angel Investors are all individuals with experience in new venture formation. In early 2003, we decided to organize ourselves in order to achieve better efficiencies, reach and diversification. Our objectives are:

• Fraternity - We aim to network with fellow investor peers
• Equality - All members are asked to participate; voting rights are based on investment into fund.
• Profit - We aim to earn early stage venture capital returns on our investments
• Education - We will assist entrepreneurs and new investors with shared knowledge.
